Give us a call at 303.931.3538, or send us an email at mobile@ILoveRags.com, and set up a time for our Mobile Consigner to stop by your place and look through your items.

Items are chosen based on the consigning criteria already in place at Rags Consignments – quality, designer-label, women’s and teen’s clothing, shoes and accessories. All items must be freshly laundered, lightly worn, currently in style, and free of any flaws, tears, or stains. You will receive 40% of the sale price.

You can expect it to take a few days to process your items (from your door to ours, into the computer, onto the hanger, steamed, tagged and out on the floor!), but your consignment period will not begin until the items are processed and out on the floor.

All items are kept on consignment for 4 weeks. During this time you are welcome to check on your account status by calling Rags Consignments or stopping by the store during regular business hours. At any time during your consignment period, you may collect any cash balance due by visiting the store.If you prefer, you may wait until the end of your consignment period and we will issue you a check by mail.

If you there are any unsold items at the end of your consignment period, you have three options:

1. We can return the unsold items to you.
2. We can donate the unsold items to a charitable organization of our choice, and provide you with a donation receipt for your records.
3. We will call you when your consignment period ends and you can pick up your items at the store.

(We recommend option #3, so you have a chance to see all the other great things women are selling!) If this is your choice, we will make one attempt to contact you by phone, then you will have 3 specific days following the end of your consignment period to pick up your unsold items. Unclaimed items will be donated.

Rags Mobile charges a service fee of $10. (Sorry, but we’ve found this is necessary for keeping people from using us as a “junk” pick up service).
